Executive Director

Malcom is a political operative with electoral, legislative, and communications experience in the DMV area. He has led citywide campaigns in DC, advised on Council elections, and helped advance key legislation during his time at the DC Council. Malcom received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carleton College and a master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University. Malcom lives in Eckington and spends his free time exploring DC’s restaurant scene and playing ultimate frisbee.
