Catharine Bellinger Rowen is a Partner at CityBridge Foundation, a philanthropic organization supporting quality public education in the District. Her parents and grandparents, who served in the federal government and military, shaped her commitment to public service. Outside of work, Catharine enjoys exploring the DC area’s many parks with her husband, son, and golden retriever.
